Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How do I check my membership?
1. Go the Edit My Membership Page http://www.santacruzcycling.org/club/edit.shtml
2. Enter the Member Number, First Name, Last Name and Contact Email of the primary member. Then Press “Show My Info”. The system will then display your membership information.

2. How do I change my membership information?
1. Follow the instructions for checking your membership shown above. 
2. When your membership information is displayed, you can change any of the information except for the names of the Primary or Family Members.
3. How do I renew my membership?
1. Go to the “New Members, Renewals, Upgrade to Family” web page http://www.santacruzcycling.org/club/join.shtml and provide the requested information.
4. What is my Member Number?
1. Each primary member has a Member Number. Emails were sent to all active members on April 2, 2012.  This Email contained your membership information including the Member Number.
2. Please write your Member Number on your Membership Card or other easy to reference place.
5. How do I change my name or the family member’s name?
1. Send an email to membership2012@santacruzcycling.org with the new names.
6. How do I find my Membership Number?
1. Go the Edit My Membership Page http://www.santacruzcycling.org/club/edit.shtml
2. Enter your Contact Email address and select “Email My Info to Me”.  You will receive an Email with the membership information on file including your Member Number.

7. What if the Membership Systems does not have my membership?
1. The most frequent reasons for this are:

·   Your Membership has expired.

·   You are not using the email address used when you joined the club.

·   You are not entering the information for the Primary Member.

·   Your Membership was never entered into the Membership Data Base.

8. How do I get on the club Elist?
1. When you join the club or change your membership information you have the ability to elect to join the Elist.

9. How do I change my email address?
1. Follow the instructions in #2 above and change the email address .
10. How do I get off the club Elist?

11. How do I change to a family membership?
1. Go to the “New Members, Renewals, Upgrade to Family” web page http://www.santacruzcycling.org/club/join.shtml and provide the requested information.
12. How do I get the The Roadrunner by US Mail.
1. When you join the club or renew your membership you are given the choice to “Get the Newsletter by US Mail: $5/yr”.
2. If you want to change this option at a later time, follow the directions in #2 above.
13. How do I volunteer for Mts. Challenge?

1. Follow the instructions in #2 above and select a volunteer job from the list (see above) .

14. How do I get a membership card?
1. You will receive a membership card by mail when you first join the club and every time you renew your membership.
2. If you did not receive a membership card please send an email with your membership information to membership2012@santacruzcycling.org.
